Heart Sport Zone

This is your chance to have a go at a whole new sport or activity.  With experienced professionals on hand to guide, The Heart Sports Zone returns this year and continues to be one of the most popular areas of the Show.

Suffolk Sport are leading the campaign to promote sport and physical activity throughout Suffolk, and have a fabulous programme of activity for the Show including skateboarding, a trampolining cage and a cycling skills activity challenge.  Heart FM will broadcast live and provide entertainment throughout the two days.  There is also the chance for some indulgence with pampering massages on offer to restore before heading off to experience more of the Show.

Local clubs and organisations provide the expertise to try a new sport and there are some great added value offers available for after the Show.  Suffolk Sport together with partners Coastal Sports Alliance, Team Ipswich, Optua and Suffolk 2012 encourage anyone attending the Show to come along and HAVE A GO!

Ever popular features of the Heart Interactive Sports Village include football by Ipswich Town Football Club, tennis, sailing and cricket.
