Animals at the Show

Make hundreds of new furry friends at the Suffolk Show this year with so many animals to experience close up.  Visit the popular Rabbit Show, see prize winning cows, sheep, pigs and goats, including many rare breeds.   Each year, the Suffolk Show attracts over 700 livestock exhibitors from all over the country.

Visit the Children's Farm, supplied by award winning Suffolk visitor attraction, Easton Farm Park.  Here you can not only see the animals but pet them as well - if you are lucky you might even see the chicks hatching!

Horse lovers are well catered for with a full equestrian programme featuring some of the very best competitors in the UK.  Marvel at the best men and women in the country competing in top international show jumping. Over 2,000 horse participate at the Show in a huge range of classes featuring coaching, heavy and light horses and scurry racing. Universally popular, the parade of Suffolks is always a favourite with Show goers.

Animals also star in some of our top displays.  Shetland ponies will be competing in the fast and furious Sheltand Pony Grand National. Cheer on your favourite steed as young jockeys' race their ponies in a high speed dash over 'mini' Aintree fences. Other displays include sheep dog trials, Suffolk Gun Dogs and Parade of Hounds.
