Applying for Tradestand Space

The SAA offers space to the regular exhibitors in the first instance. Application forms are sent out to them for completion and return by the end of November. Subject to the response received, new exhibitors will then be drawn from the waiting list.

The price of a tradestand depends on the depth required, but as an example, a stand measuring 7 metres wide x 7m deep would cost £427.70 + VAT and there would also be a membership fee of £37.00. This size stand would take a 6m x 6m marquee, allowing space around the structure for fixings such as base plate etc.

New Tradestand space is not allocated on a first come first served basis; an interesting and varied balance is maintained. However, 80% of the Showground is dedicated to agricultural exhibits and, therefore, the remaining space is always limited.

Send details of your exhibit, such as company and product (leaflets/photographs of stand and website link if you have one) and the approximate size that you will require, to: Louise Davey - Tradestand Officer, Suffolk Agricultural Association, Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 8UH or email Louise Davey. Your name will be placed on our waiting list and you will be contacted should a suitable space become available, this will take place during February/ March.
