Applying for Tradestand Space

The SAA offers space to the regular exhibitors in the first instance.  Application Forms are then sent out to potential new exhibitors for completion and return, with new exhibitors then being selected from the waiting list. 

N.B. The VAT rate changed to 17.5% from 1^st January 2010. 

The price of a tradestand depends on the depth required, but as an example, a stand measuring 7 metres wide x 7m deep would cost £449.40 + VAT and there would also be a membership fee of £38.00. This size stand would take a 6m x 6m marquee, allowing space around the structure for fixings such as base plate etc (see 'Bylaws & Info' for prices and sizings).

New Tradestand space is not allocated on a first come first served basis; an interesting and varied balance is maintained. However, 80% of the Showground is dedicated to agricultural exhibits and, therefore, the remaining space is always limited.

If you are interested in applying for a stand for 2010 please have a look through the 'New Applicants 2010', then read the 'BYLAWS & Info 2010', for prices and sizings and finally download, complete and return the 'Application Form 2010' by clicking on the links below. 

Once you have completed the 2010 application form please return with all relevant information and payment to Louise Davey - Tradestand Officer, Suffolk Agricultural Association, Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 8UH.
