If you are interested in applying for trade stand space at the 2012 Show, to be held on 7 & 8 June, please read the following information:
Information and prices for the 2012 Show are now available see attached Tradestand Brochure. All new enquiries should read all the by-laws in the Tradestand Brochure before applying on the 2012 application form . If you have any other queries that are not answered in the Tradestand Brochure please email paula.slater@suffolkshow.co.uk .
Returning exhibitors from the 2011 Show have first refusal on re-booking their stand and they have until the end of November to inform us whether they will be attending the show or not. Once we have dealt with any changes in their requirements and we know how much vacant space is available, we will then start to place potential new exhibitors from the waiting list if we have a space that is suitable. This takes place from February onwards.
New enquiries will need to forward the application form and supporting information from their packs in order to be placed on the waiting list with their deposit. We need you to send us details of your business, providing a full description of exactly what you intend to display or sell at the Show and the size of stand you will require. You should enclose a picture of your stand or the products you will be displaying and provide website details if available.
This is so that we can assess your suitability for the Show and attempt to place you in the most appropriate site.
Applications will not be accepted unless these steps are followed.
Please note that we have many more applications each year than space available and it is therefore unlikely that we will be able to inform you if you are unsuccessful. As a guide, space is usually filled by the end of March each year.
